So these next few posts are pictures from my recon mission to McIver State Park for next year's camping trip. Besides tons of activities, the group sites are huge, secluded, have a few toilets, room for 20 cars, 8 or 10 picnic tables, running drinkable water, and shade. The showers are 200 yards away down a trail in the main camping loop but that should be fine.

Above is how much wood you get for 5 bucks. Best firewood deal I've seen and they are oregon football neutral so I guess Ben can come......

All the pictures below are of group site H2 which is about 25% bigger than H1 for the same price. H1 would work but why not try for this one, and it is slightly closer to the showers I believe.

So it looks like no one uses the blog anymore....

But SURPRISE! I have news!

Even though the economy kinda sucks this year I managed to get a job! Like a real one! (For those of you who lost track, this is my senior year at Gonzaga.) Only thing is I have to move to Seattle. My job is working as an auditor with KPMG and I start in September 2009.

Some more pics from Kenya. The lions are particularly cool because they are nocturnal. It is quite rare to catch them in the day, we got lucky.
